The LivingOS Corporation Co., Ltd. ("Company") hereby informs you of the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes as described in this policy, which has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 ("PDPA").

1. Purposes and Communication Channels

The Company will use your personal data for marketing purposes as follows:

• Privileges and Promotions: To inform you of news, discounts, and special offers relating to the Company's products and services, including residential care services such as air conditioning cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, and others.
• Personalized Analysis: To analyze your application usage history, such as service categories used and frequency of use, in order to present privileges tailored to your needs.
• Communication Channels: The Company will send information through 3 channels: Application Push Notifications, SMS, and Email. Some content may be generic (Generic) and some may be personalized (Personalized) using your behavioral data to select relevant content.
• In-App Advertising: The Company may display advertisements within the application in various formats including Splash Screen, Bottom Ads, Social Feed, and within specific features such as the parcel and maintenance request features. Some advertisements may be generic (Generic Ads) and some may be personalized (Personalized Ads) that use your behavioral data to select relevant content. The Company will not use the context of your ongoing transactions for marketing purposes without your consent. If you do not give consent, only Generic Ads will be displayed and this will not affect your use of such features.

2. Personal Data Collected and Used

The Company will collect and use only the personal data that is necessary, as follows:

• Phone number and email address for communication purposes.
• Gender and date of birth for personalized content analysis and advertising (Personalized).
• Project/residence information to identify applicable benefits by service area.
• Application usage history (service categories and frequency only) for personalized analysis and advertising (In-App / In-Feature Personalized Advertising).

The Company will strictly maintain the security of your data in accordance with legally required standards.

3. Data Retention Period

The Company will collect and use your personal data for marketing purposes throughout the period you provide consent, or until you withdraw your consent. The Company will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days from the date you withdraw consent, unless the law requires retention for a longer period.

4. Data Management with Business Partners

The Company will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Collaboration with business partners will use only "Aggregated / Anonymous Data", such as the number of users in an area or overall interest statistics, to preserve your privacy to the maximum extent.

In the event that the Company engages a Third-party Ad Network in the future, the Company will notify you and obtain additional consent from you prior to such engagement. You have the right to refuse without any impact on your use of the application's core features.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

1. Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data that has already been carried out prior to such withdrawal.
2. Right to Object: You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Upon exercising this right, the Company will immediately cease such activities.
3. Right to Access: You have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data held by the Company.
4. Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that the Company correct your personal data to be accurate and up to date.
5. Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that the Company delete or destroy your personal data when it is no longer necessary to retain it.
6. Right to Restriction: You have the right to request that the Company suspend the use of your personal data while it is under review.

The Company will process your request within 30 days from the date of receipt.

6. Management of Personal Data Collected Prior to the Effective Date of the PDPA

For personal data that the Company collected prior to the effective date of the PDPA, the Company may continue to use such data for its original purposes. However, if you do not wish for the Company to use such data, you may withdraw your consent or object to its use through the channels specified in Section 5 above.

7. Effect of Withdrawing Consent

Withdrawing consent will not affect your use of the application's core features, such as:

• Parcel notification
• Bill payment
• Facility booking
• Maintenance request

However, you may not receive special offers or promotions specifically tailored for you.
