This notice explains the process for notifying The Living OS Corporation Ltd. (the
"Company") to suppress or remove unlawful computer data from computer systems
under the Company's control, in accordance with applicable law, including Section 14 of the
Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended.
If any person becomes aware of computer data that may be unlawful under the law and that appears on
the Company's websites, applications, chatbots, social media, or other systems, that person may
notify the Company and request the Company, in its capacity as a service provider or relevant
platform operator, to suppress dissemination of the data or remove it from the relevant system
according to the process set out below.
1. Categories of unlawful computer data
For the purposes of this notice, unlawful computer data may include any of the following:
1.1. distorted, forged, untrue, or false computer data that is likely to cause damage to any person or the public, excluding criminal defamation matters;
1.2. false computer data that is likely to damage national security, public safety, economic security, public infrastructure, or cause public panic;
1.3. computer data relating to offenses against national security or terrorism under the Criminal Code;
1.4. obscene computer data accessible by the general public; and
1.5. dissemination or forwarding of computer data while knowing that the data falls within one of the categories above.
2. Complaint form
A person wishing to file a complaint (the "Complainant") must complete the complaint form specified by the Company and submit the completed form together with all supporting documents.
3. Supporting documents
The completed complaint form should be accompanied by supporting documents as applicable, including the following:
3.1. details identifying the allegedly unlawful data, such as URL, account name, chat room name, date and time, screenshots, or other identifying information;
3.2. an explanation of the alleged offense and how it falls within the scope of applicable law;
3.3. details of damage suffered by the Complainant or any third party;
3.4. if the signatory is the Complainant and the Complainant has not completed identity verification with the Company before, a certified copy of the Complainant's government-issued identification;
3.5. if the signatory is an authorized representative or attorney, an original power of attorney with duty stamp if required by law, plus certified identification copies of both the Complainant and the representative;
3.6. if the matter has been reported to police or an inquiry officer, copies of the police report, complaint letter, and any submitted evidence; and
3.7. other documents or evidence showing the alleged unlawful act and resulting damage.
Please redact unnecessary sensitive information, such as religion and blood type, from identification documents before submission. If such information is not redacted, the Company may redact it on your behalf where appropriate.

5. Review and reservation of rights
5.1. The Company will review the submitted complaint and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.
5.2. The Company reserves the right not to proceed, or to delay action, if the complaint or supporting documents are incomplete, inaccurate, submitted by an incorrect method, or if the matter does not appear to fall within the legal grounds described in this notice.
5.3. If the Company considers that there are reasonable grounds, it may take any action it deems appropriate within the scope permitted by law, including suppressing dissemination, restricting access, removing the data temporarily or permanently, or coordinating with relevant authorities.
5.4. By submitting a complaint, the Complainant confirms that the submitted information and evidence are true and accurate to the best of the Complainant's knowledge and acknowledges that misuse of this process or submission of false information may lead to legal consequences.
